This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use wireless services branded as Speak Easy Mobile (“Speak Easy Mobile,” “we,” “us”). Speak Easy Mobile is a retail MVNO brand that operates using the underlying systems, provisioning, subscriber management, and network infrastructure of MVN-X, LLC (“MVN-X”), a Wyoming limited liability company.

By activating or using Speak Easy Mobile-branded services, you consent to the practices described in this Notice.

1. Who This Privacy Notice Applies To

This Privacy Notice applies to:

  • Customers who activate or use Speak Easy Mobile-branded wireless services

  • Users of Speak Easy Mobile websites, apps, and customer tools

  • Communication services provided through the MVN-X platform

This Notice covers information collected by both:

  1. Speak Easy Mobile — the customer-facing MVNO brand

  2. MVN-X, LLC — the underlying service provider operating provisioning, SIM/eSIM activation, billing infrastructure, and network access

When this Notice references “we,” “us,” or “our,” it includes both entities in their respective capacities.

MVN-X maintains the core systems that process usage data, network activity, activation information, and performance metrics.
